When you work with us, we want you to know where you stand.
Once a Barrister is instructed, our agreement with you, including our terms and conditions, will be sent to you.
Members of QEB Hollis Whiteman offer their services on the standard default terms issued by the Bar Council, which represents Barristers in England and Wales. These are known as the Standard Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Legal Services by Barristers to Authorised Persons 2020. The contractual basis of instruction will normally be confirmed at the commencement of a matter.
If you have any queries regarding the basis upon which a Barrister at QEB Hollis Whiteman will undertake work on your behalf, please contact our Senior Clerk, Chris Emmings, who will be more than happy to assist you.
