This week has seen some limited relaxing of the regulations relating to the restrictions on movements of persons in England during the Coronavirus emergency, for example opening up garden centres and allowing people to exercise or visit public open spaces with a member of a different household. The fines payable under fixed penalty notices for breaching the rules have also increased dramatically. The regulations still remain extremely restrictive however.
