Recent media reports suggest that the Government is set to reconsider and review the provisions of the Bribery Act 2010, to reduce "red tape" for SMEs, who are widely perceived to be the most overburdened by the cost implications of compliance and beset by a lack of understanding as to what the legislation in fact requires.
