Zoe Johnson QC and Karen Robinson prosecuted a company and its director in connection with the death of two members of Fisherman's Friends, a group of singers.
A vocalist for the group and the band's promoter were both killed in an accident at a concert venue. The company was convicted of breach of S.6 HSWA.
