The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) has published its response to a call for views on illicit streaming – you can read the IPO’s response in full, here.

The IPO response states that recent prosecutions related to illicit streaming demonstrate that the current laws are working. It also highlights the IPO seminar, led by Ari Alibhai, at the Chartered Trading Standards Institute Conference in Harrogate, titled ‘Illicit Streaming Devices, a Clear and Present Danger’.
