Paul Raudnitz and Kyan Pucks defend Mr C, accused of complicity in a £10m internet banking fraud conspiracy.

The case has opened at Blackfriars Crown Court and embraces a number of allegations of conspiracy to defraud and conspiracy to launder the proceeds of fraud. Ten defendants stand charged. The case is set to last until the end of the year.
