On 2^nd October QEB Hollis Whiteman and Mourant joined forces to host a joint Financial Services & Regulatory forum at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Jersey.

The keynote speaker was Robert MacRae QC, the Attorney General of Jersey.

Philip Evans QC, Jason Mansell, Paul Raudnitz and Rhys Meggy took part in panel discussions with Mourant speakers, providing both an UK and Jersey regulatory update and an enforcement and investigations update.
