Ben FitzGerald appears for the prosecution against the two defendants admitted perverting the course of justice by attempting to burn the body of Sophie Lionnet (a French nanny), ex-partner of Boyzone co-founder Mark Walton.

The couple have admitted they tried to dispose of her body, but deny murder.
