The Serious Fraud Office has reached a Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) with Airline Services Limited (ASL).

The DPA was given final approval by Mrs Justice May at a public hearing at Southwark Crown Court, sitting at the Royal Courts of Justice, today.
