The jury in the Euribor trial at Southwark Crown Court was discharged after being unable to reach verdicts in respect of the three remaining defendants, all former Barclays employees: Carlo Palombo, Colin Bermingham and Sisse Bohart.
Former Barclays trader Philippe Moryoussef had earlier been found guilty of conspiracy to defraud on June 29, while Deutsche Bank trader Achim Kraemer was found not guilty of the same offence.
The Serious Fraud Office has until 20 July to decide if it wishes to seek a retrial.
Sean Larkin QC was instructed by John Hartley of Hodge, Jones & Allen on behalf of Carlo Palombo, while Philip McGhee was led by Clare Sibson QC on behalf of Colin Bermingham and instructed by Rachel Adamson of Slater & Gordon.
