QEB Hollis Whiteman member Crispin Aylett QC is featured today as The Times Lawyer of the Week. Crispin was in the news recently as he acted for the Serious Fraud Office in the UK’s first Deferred Prosecution Agreement under which ICBC Standard Bank paid a penalty of $25.2 million and compensated the  government of Tanzania with a payment of $7 million.
