The Court of Appeal today reserved judgement in the appeal of Ched Evans against his conviction for rape and advised that it would be delivered in April. QEB Hollis Whiteman member, Eleanor Laws QC appeared for the prosecution and advised that, in the event of the appeal succeeding, the Crown would seek a retrial.
