Jason Mansell acted on behalf of the Moorhouse Group Limited (Andrew Katzen at Hickman Rose instructing)  in relation to the FCA's investigation concerning the sale of add on products to new commercial customers during 2012.   Instructed from the outset and  using the experience he has gained from advising  Firms and individuals in relation to over 85 enforcement related enquiries and investigations, Jason assisted the Firm  in connection with strategy, document requirements and interview preparation.   No action is being taken by the FCA against any individual arising out of the issues identified.
