David Spens QC and Nicholas Griffin QC have been added to the official List of Counsel of lawyers eligible to practice before the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC) in the Hague.

The KSC were established to conduct trials concerning allegations of serious violations of international law, with a specific mandate and jurisdiction over certain crimes against humanity, war crimes and other crimes under Kosovo law, which allegedly occurred between the start of 1998 and the end of 2000.
