The Financial Times has published a lengthy article examining the effects of cuts in legal aid.
Titled “Justice for all? Inside the legal aid crisis”, the piece argues that “severe cuts are putting justice out of reach for many ordinary Britons”.
The inquest into the death of Corporal Matthew Hatfield, in which Thomas was instructed, featured heavily in the article.
