Tom Kark QC and Polly Dyer speak at Leigh Day Solicitors on Coroners and Inquests

Tom Kark QC and Polly Dyer gave a talk entitled ‘Coroners & Inquests – developments and practicalities’ to lawyers at personal injury solicitors Leigh Day.   Tom and Polly illustrated the talk with examples from the recent inquest into the death of Flt Lt Sean Cunningham of the Red Arrows, in which they represented the family of Flt Lt Cunningham, who lost his life when he was ejected from his aircraft whilst it was still on the ground.
