The Administrative Court today quashed the decision of District Judge Coleman to issue summonses against Boris Johnson MP upon the application of Marcus Ball and Brexit Justice Limited.
On 29 May the District Judge granted an application for three summonses against Mr Johnson. Judicial review was immediately sought and that decision was quashed in a rolled-up hearing today.
