QEB Hollis Whiteman barristers Phil Evans and Tom Coke-Smyth (a former parachute regiment officer) represent the families of Capt Tom Sawyer and Cpl Danny Winter at the inquest into their deaths while serving in Afghanistan in 2009.   The servicemen are alleged to have been killed in a ‘friendly fire’ incident involving Danish troops.
