QEB Hollis Whiteman are delighted to announce that Senghin Kong has joined chambers.

Senghin is a welcome addition to our corporate and financial crime and business regulatory team, specialising in the defence and prosecution of high profile, large and complex criminal and regulatory investigations conducted by the SFO, the FCA, and the Pensions Regulator, amongst others. 

He is instructed through all stages of the legal process including: charging decisions; representations against charge; search warrants and other investigatory orders; restraint orders and challenging such decisions; and has substantial trial, appeal and confiscation experience.
