The JR on behalf of a former Federation Representative who represented officers during the Sean Rigg inquest was an application to quash part of the IPCC’s handling of Susannah’s clients complaint against them. 

The application was successful and a new investigation has been ordered. The Federation Representative had been arrested for perverting the course of justice, as a result of an IPCC led investigation, but never charged.
