Anne was instructed by the Counter Terrorist Division to prosecute two individuals who held extreme right wing views and sought to encourage others to use violence in order to establish a white supremacist state.
The men co-hosted radio chat shows and then uploaded the resulting podcasts on to the internet. During their podcasts they made statements which were designed to encourage others to commit acts of violence against minority sections of society. One additionally created an online repository of extremist material called the Radicalisation Library onto which he uploaded various neo nazi and white supremacist terrorist publications.
The defendants will be sentenced in September.
