SFO v B

Ben Fitzgerald is instructed as junior defence counsel advising a senior executive in the SFO’s recently-announced investigation into alleged bribery and corruption at a huge multi-national commodities trader. This investigation follows upon an earlier announcement that the US Department of Justice was investigating conduct of a similar nature. This is a hugely significant investigation with strong international aspects and the need for astute tactical decision-making.
