Adrian Darbishire QC advised CS, commercial director of a construction company, in respect of charges resulting from the death of one of the company’s employees, crushed by a collapsing wall on the site of a basement conversion being undertaken by the company. Because of a fixture clash Adrian was unable to appear at the trial and Mark Ellison defended.
