Following Sean Larkin QC’s legal argument and defence representations, the prosecution offered no evidence against Mr Ajaib who was accused of a multi-million pound mortgage fraud.
Mr Ajaib was a pillar of the local community who had introduced the ‘balti’ curry and had built up a successful restaurant and property business.
