Susannah Stevens was leading defence counsel in the successful defence of an UKBA employee charged with conspiracy to commit fraudulent immigration offences which had allegedly resulted in hundreds of individuals falsely being granted indefinite leave to remain. Argued that there were disclosure failings on the part of UKBA.
