Philip Evans QC and Philip Stott prosecute 2 individuals and a company for gross negligence manslaughter in a case involving the death of a workman on Eastbourne Pier, which was being repaired following a fire. The deceased fell through the pier and died as a result of the fall. The trial is set to begin in 2020.
