Paul Raudnitz KC and Fraser Coxhill successfully defend in the Op Roydon murder case.

Paul Raudnitz KC and Fraser Coxhill have successfully defended C, the first defendant in the Op Roydon murder case, who, on 8^th August 2024, was found not guilty of murder, manslaughter, attempted murder and causing GBH with intent.

The not guilty verdicts were the culmination of a seven-week trial which involved the systematic challenge to the legal basis of the prosecution and to the evidential sufficiency of the case against C.
