Allegation of murder/assisted suicide by pharmacist in respect of his father.
William Boyce QC led Kerry Broome in the prosecution of a former pharmacy owner that helped assist the death of his father. The pharmacist stated that his 85-year old father was suffering from depression after losing his wife and dog so wanted to die to be reunited with them. There was no supporting evidence that suggests the claim that his father wished to die.
Completed – convicted of assisted suicide.
