Edward Brown QC and Ben FitzGerald secured the conviction of Andrej Malinovskij for the meticulously planned and executed murder of fellow Lithuanian Evaldas Svolkinas. The victim was beaten and drowned in a brook in the Romford area, following his abduction off the street in the early hours of a December morning in 2012. On 22nd October 2014, he was sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 25 years.
