William Boyce QC has recently concluded prosecuting a six-handed Trident shooting case. Michael Smith was convicted of the murder of Eugene Brown and Patrick Ford, and was sentenced to life imprisonment, with a minimum term of 34 years. Kevin Powell was tried at the same time for the attempted murder of Michael Smith in revenge for the killing of Patrick Ford (Powell's friend and business partner). Kevin Powell was convicted and sentenced to 34 years imprisonment. Four others were convicted of 'perverting the course of justice', and were all imprisoned."
