Philip Evans QC defends terminally ill Mr Raymond Page, who has been jailed for five years after killing his partner Ms Nituan in a frenzied attack. Mr Page suffered terribly from anxiety and depression after being diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2015, the mental health experts claimed Mr Page had a "depressive episode" whereby he wrongly thought his partner of 25 years was going to leave him.
