Tom Baker acted as junior to Sean Larkin QC defending Trai Williamson, who was accused of the murder of Khadar Hussein. Williamson was alleged to have acted alone, shooting Hussein in the head in broad daylight in a car park in Penge. After a trial lasting three weeks Williamson was acquitted.
