Fallon Alexis defended one of five defendants in a trial at Blackfriars Crown Court. Fallon's client was charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, blackmail and s.18 GBH.
During the course of the trial, Fallon cross-examined a 14 year old witness. The jury unanimously acquitted Fallon's client following a three week trial.
