Eloise Emanuel appeared for Mr McLaughlin in a three day trial at Isleworth Crown Court.
Mr McLaughlin faced a three count indictment of Racially Aggravated Assault by Beating, Racially Aggravated Intentional Harassment, Alarm or Distress and Criminal Damage.
Following successful legal argument on day 2 of the trial, the Prosecution offered no evidence on Count 2, for which the Jury formally returned a verdict of Not Guilty. Mr McLaughlin was acquitted of the remaining 2 counts in under 17 minutes.
