Fallon Alexis prosecuted a former Police Community Support Officer for misconduct in a public office and possessing an offensive weapon.
George McNaught fabricated Fixed Penalty Notices in respect of numerous individuals which resulted in fines being generated and bailiffs being instructed to obtain sums which were in fact owed by the individuals.
George McNaught did not provide an explanation as to his motive for fabricating this evidence and was sentenced on 16th July 2012 by His Honour Judge Hillen at Blackfriars Crown Court to 6 months' immediate imprisonment.
