Tom Broomfield was sole counsel in a prosecution jointly brought by Brent and Harrow Trading Standards Service and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.
The defendant pleaded guilty to a number of offences contrary to the Fraud Act, Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations, the Insolvency Act and the Company Directors Disqualification Act, for illegal activity arising from his car clamping business.
