Three men who kidnapped a mother from her home, who later demanded a ransom £18,000 have been jailed for a total of 39 years.
The three men entered a house in Rainham Essex, armed with a handgun and forced the family to sit in five separate rooms whilst the house was ransacked.
Roger Smart and Philip Stott acted for the prosecution.
