Philip was instructed to defend (led by Eleanor Laws QC) former youth football coach, Barry Bennell, described by the sentencing judge as 'the Devil incarnate', who systematically sexually abused boys in his care in the 1970s and 1980s in what the prosecution referred to as a 'mega-campaign' of abuse.
