Private defence of beauty spa owner charged with sexual assault. PM, previously a successful city executive had changed career and set up a beauty spa, two of his young female therapists alleged that he had sexually assaulted them, each whilst they were giving him a massage. The prosecution case alleged that he deliberately created an atmosphere in the spa which was sexual and that he abused his position. PM alleged that the contact with one employee was consensual and careful yet robust cross-examination was required.
