Adrian Darbishire QC represented Dr F, a London GP accused of six counts of sexual assault on male patients.
The prolonged assaults alleged were said to have occurred under the guise of clinical investigations. The doctor was unanimously acquitted of all charges after a trial lasting 8 days at the Central Criminal Court.
