Tom Orpin-Massey was instructed by Defence Law, Leicester, to represent one of ten defendants in a murder case at Leicester Crown Court.
Tom acted for a man accused on assisting an offender by providing transport and accommodation to those accused of murder, fleeing after the killing. The murder was said to be in retaliation for an earlier robbery, committed by the deceased and others. Tom’s client was in his fifties and was the father of the first defendant, and the uncle of two further defendants.
