Instructed by Simon Jowett of Gordon Shine to represent an Albanian man accused of drug dealing with another man in Eastbourne. Both were found in a holiday flat with numerous Class A drugs, drug paraphernalia, and “burner phones”. His co-defendant had pleaded guilty. The jury were hung on KP’s guilt, and a re-trial is to follow in 2021.
