Adam King and Tom Orpin-Massey were instructed by the CPS to prosecute two joined gang-related cases in which a skorpion sub-machine gun had been discharged at others in broad daylight.
The shootings happened in Tottenham within days of each other, one on a housing estate, and one between rival cars that were chasing each other. All three defendants were convicted of their respective roles, berry for firing the weapon twice, Nti for encouraging or assisting him, and Driver for being in possession of the weapon in the days after the shooting.
