Jason acted for the former finance director of a UK insurance company, facing an integrity inquiry relating to the alleged misuse and attempted acquisition of company assets.
The client denied any wrongdoing and following a three and a half year investigation, in which Jason advised the client throughout both regulators separately determined that no action should be taken.
