Misconduct proceedings relating to nine patients.
Paul Raudnitz presented the GDC case. The alleged misconduct embraced failures to diagnose and treat dental disease, failures to conduct adequate oral assessments, a failure to complete root canal treatment and record-keeping deficiencies. The charges were involved and technical. At the Stage 1enquiry a substantial number of charges were found proved. The Stage 2 misconduct/ impairment enquiry has been adjourned.
