Selva Ramasamy QC acted for an entrepreneur facing criminal allegations of dissipating substantial company assets in the context of complex and protracted insolvency proceedings relating to his business in manufacturing specialist parts for Aston Martin and Jaguar. Counsel also acted in the Directors’ Disqualification proceedings, achieving a significant success for the client where disqualification was avoided, thereby allowing him to continue running his business and playing his part in the manufacture of those prestigious vehicles.
