Ms Ducasse faced a series of allegations arising out of care provided by her as a school nurse at Rutherford School. Of the nine charges brought two were ultimately found proven, one of which was dishonesty. Caoimhe Daly was successful in her submission that this was an appropriate case for a caution order.
