Rebecca Harris represented the Professional Standards Authority (‘PSA’) in an appeal against the decision of Health Care Professions Council’s (‘HCPC’) Conduct and Competence Committee to dismiss a case against registrant VN.
VN was a social worker who had been referred to her regulator for having breached confidentiality and disclosing false information in respect of a previous service user. The appeal was conceded by HCPC following a skeleton from PSA.
