Tom Kark QC, Ben Fitzgerald and Tom Baker acted as counsel to the public inquiry into the serious failings in care at the Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust.
The inquiry made 290 recommendations which have had far reaching consequences for patient care in the NHS.
Tom Coke-Smyth and Polly Dyer were seconded to the Department of Health for a number of months as junior members of the inquiry team to assist in the preparation of the report.
The final report of the inquiry was published on 6 February 2013.
