Charlotte is Junior Counsel, instructed by the Directorate of Legal Services for the Metropolitan Police Service.
The National Police Chiefs' Council are a Core Participant in the UK Covid 19 Inquiry. The NPCC have Core Participant status for Modules 1 and 2 of the Inquiry.
Former Chairman of the NPCC, Martin Hewitt QPM, gave evidence to the Inquiry on 09 November 2023.
The Inquiry was set up in 2022 to examine the UK’s response to and impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and to learn lessons for the future. Charlotte is led by Rory Philips KC of 3VB and Sarah Le Fevre of 3RB.
